Production technologies
From design to volume production
Each product starts by determining its application and the required parameters. On this basis, we choose the material, design, manufacturing technology and finishing method.
Before volume production, we prepare a sample and agree on the key specifications of the finished product.
1. Product specifications
We specify application, width, material, design, colours, required tolerances, order size and delivery date.
2. Technology selection
Depending on the design, we use weaving, knitting, braiding, crochet knitting, jacquard weaving or sublimation printing.
3. Sampling and approval
We prepare a pre-production sample and agree on the colour, weave, structure, performance specifications, finishing and packaging.
4. Volume production
After sample approval, we begin volume production. The finished batch undergoes quality control, finishing and packing in accordance with the agreed requirements.
The result is a repeatable product made in accordance with the agreed specifications, ready for further use in production.
